Our team is in the Education-Technology industry, focusing primarily on the B2B Adult Education market. We are developing a Learning Platform as a Service for both Adult Trainers and Learners. By integrating Learning Theory, Deep Tech, and Data Security, we will personalize the approach to training to optimize the efficiency and productivity of one's learning journey.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of bringing our software platform to the next level, capturing the Adult Learning & Development ecosystem in the region. You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle within a fast-growing environment. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in shaping our product roadmap and vision. This role will require travel in the ASEAN region.
Responsibilities
· Create effective product roadmap by engaging stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate it to product specifications for features development.
· Manage and improve existing product offerings over complete lifecycle adopting the Agile methodology.
· Identify user problems and ideate with designers to put in place solutions for a solid product experience.
· Communicate and drive alignment among developer team members on clear and concise technical objectives.
· Facilitate resolving of blockers, highlight and mitigate product risk in development timeline to ensure timely product release.
· Work with business users and internal stakeholders to plan for UAT, and coordinate and monitor the progress; ensure acceptance of UAT.
· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to coordinate successful go-to-market launches for new features.
· Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape related to Adult Learning & Development.
· Must be willing to travel to overseas for business trips.
Skills & Experience
· More than 4-7 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager or similar role in B2B PaaS or SaaS.
· With a proven track record of leading product teams and developing successful product strategies.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
· Ability to relate to both business needs and technical requirements.
· Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline.
Working Arrangement
This position is a 50% work-from-home arrangement until further notice. The candidate is required to have a good working laptop/desktop together with a working webcam and microphone for virtual meetings.
