We are looking for a passionate and reliable Sales and Marketing Executive to join us to help build up our regional presence and business activities. The responsibilities include generating leads, (digital) marketing and making sales calls when needed, able to build rapport with customers and close sales. We are in the Zipper manufacturing business with a new Office setup for Sales and Marketing in the Southeast Asian region.
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Learn details about our products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer’s needs.
- Seek out new sales opportunities through, networking and social media and digital marketing.
- Set up meetings with potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Meeting monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Report to management team.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, or any other South East Asian languages.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Minimum GCE “A’ level or Diploma and above.
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Good customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
Total Renumeration package includes commission based on performance as well.
Base Salary of $2300 + commission.
