Role:
- Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless project execution.
- Ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget project delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
- Manage changes and measure performance using project management tools.
- Report and escalate issues, maintaining client and stakeholder relationships.
- Perform risk management and create comprehensive project documentation.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 to 6 years of experience
- Experience in implementation for customer service / contact center is a plus
- Proven project management experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
