- Prepare shipping documents and shipments co-ordination with customers/vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all shipments documents are completed in order on time and accurate.
- Provide necessary support to sales personnel such as sales order entry, invoicing and maintain good rapport with customers/vendors.
- Co-ordinate with vendors on the incoming shipments.
- Prepare the bank documents related to shipments under trade financing.
- Co-ordinate with warehouse and sales/purchasing on the shipments.
- Interact to build good commercial relationship with all customers.
- Adhere procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Customer Service Department.
- Establish insights into customers’ needs and expectations, and provide inputs for product and service development.
- Monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
- Establish in-depth working knowledge of the Company’s systems and processes and the logistics industry as a whole.
- Deliver performance standards to meet service goals of the Company.
- Explore feedback and reports to the Company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Explore feedback to the Operations team to ensure all customers have accurate and timely information on order status and/or changes.
- Practice proper documents control and upkeep office cleanliness.
- Any other duties as & when assigned.
