CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Spare-parts Zone Pte. Ltd.

  1. Prepare shipping documents and shipments co-ordination with customers/vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Ensure all shipments documents are completed in order on time and accurate.
  3. Provide necessary support to sales personnel such as sales order entry, invoicing and maintain good rapport with customers/vendors.
  4. Co-ordinate with vendors on the incoming shipments.
  5. Prepare the bank documents related to shipments under trade financing.
  6. Co-ordinate with warehouse and sales/purchasing on the shipments.
  7. Interact to build good commercial relationship with all customers.
  8. Adhere procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Customer Service Department.
  9. Establish insights into customers’ needs and expectations, and provide inputs for product and service development.
  10. Monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
  11. Establish in-depth working knowledge of the Company’s systems and processes and the logistics industry as a whole.
  12. Deliver performance standards to meet service goals of the Company.
  13. Explore feedback and reports to the Company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  14. Explore feedback to the Operations team to ensure all customers have accurate and timely information on order status and/or changes.
  15. Practice proper documents control and upkeep office cleanliness.
  16. Any other duties as & when assigned.
