The Events Manager (Conference Manager) is critical to our conference research, production, development, operations, logistics and execution
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Market research through various channels with business executives including the use of phone, LinkedIn and internet to create and validate your conference content
- Invitation, confirmation and management of ongoing relations with senior speakers
- Creation of sales copy & content for the agenda, event brochure, interview pieces, marketing emailers, website copies and promotional pieces
- Marketing and Media Partner Acquisition/Liaison
- Building Relevant Data and Generating Leads for Your Event Marketing
- Coordinate & Manage Event Logistics
- Manage Speakers for Your Events
- Managing & Running Conferences Onsite
- Budget Management
Requirements:
- Driven & Hardworking Individual who wants to succeed in a fast-paced business environment
