Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive global digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
2. Lead digital marketing initiatives to achieve brand consistency and impact across all markets – US, Europe, Asia, etc.
3. Collaborate with regional marketers to ensure local execution of global digital strategies.
4. Oversee global management of social media accounts and localization of content.
5. Optimize global SEO and paid advertising campaigns while adapting tactics to local markets as needed.
6. Build global email marketing campaigns while coordinating with regional teams on localized content.
7. Manage global digital marketing budget allocation across regions and campaigns.
Requirements:
1. 8+ years of digital marketing experience, with 3+ years in a global marketing role.
2. Understanding of key differences in digital marketing strategies across geographic markets.
3. Knowledge of global marketing operations, budgets, and resource planning.
4. Cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate effectively across regions.
5. Fluent in English, other language skills are a plus.
6. Willingness to travel regularly to regional offices and marketing events.
7. Solid analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
8. Mastery of leading digital marketing technologies and analytics tools.
9. Bachelor’s degree or above in digital marketing or relevant areas.
