Job Summary

Enhance / Develop competitive Value Chain product & packages through understanding and meeting customers’ expectations especially at the point of vehicle sale to facilitate the entry into Toyota brand and delighting the customers through the ownership journey.


Job Description

1. Value Package Enhancement / Development.

• Timely grasp market/industry trend and competitor’s Value Chain package offer

• Analyse current performance of existing value packages that includes financing, leasing, insurance, maintenance packages for all markets.

• Identify performance gaps / enhancement opportunities and collaborate with relevant functions to understand the cause of gaps through voice of customers to devise improvement actions.

• Align direction and build consensus with relevant functions to implement the actions.

• Monitor the progress, review actions, and expand accordingly.


2. Insurance Business.

• Responsible for improving vehicle insurance penetration & renewal rate in each market.

• Collect data, analyse and evaluate current performance and adequately assess each country’s target setting.

• Identify & understand the cause of performance gaps and initiate feasible countermeasures.

• Discuss & align with the relevant stakeholders to implement improvement plans.

• Drive the actions, monitor the results and review actions accordingly to ensure short to mid long term target achievement.


3. Projects.

• Where required, support team members on other project work.



Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or related field.

• 2-5 years working experience in Marketing or Finance.

• Fresh graduates with strong numeracy, structured & analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude are welcomed.

• Good business acumen with good understanding of Sales & Marketing techniques / tools.

• Meticulous, self-motivated, a team player and able to work under pressure.

• Good initiator with strong multi-task and time management skills.

• Strong presentation, communication ability (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders across functions and get buy-in on key decisions.

• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and multicultural environment.

• Open to travel for business.

• Market research, analyzing data & presenting findings.
