Role Summary
Assist in areas such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax, fixed assets, and preparation of financial statements.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and responsible and has integrity. They are willing to strive and can work in a fast-paced environment. They are looking to stay and grow with the Company.
Duties
▪ Process invoices and staff claims.
▪ Monitor receivables and payments from customers.
▪ Assist in the preparation of period-end closing and bank reconciliation.
▪ Perform data entry and other clerical tasks such as filing and answering phone calls.
▪ Participate in audits and fixed assets sighting exercises.
▪ Support the Accountant and cover them in their absence.
Requirements
▪ Diploma in Accountancy or 1 year experience in accounting work.
▪ Familiarity with ACRA/ Accounting Standards/ Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and basic accounting principles.
▪ Fluent in Chinese to communicate effectively with the China Office.
