Working days: Mon - Fri (8.30am - 6pm) (Work Overtime)
Work location: Novena / Clarke Quay
Salary: $3,000/month
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls & site visit to ensure timely consent collection
- Reach out to the respondent from selected establishment to participate and in digital survey data transmission
- Explain survey objectives and procedures to respondent on the confidential database to be extracted
- Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension
- Compile, record, input results and data from interview surveys into the system
- Conduct administrative tracking of the collection progress.
- Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
- Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data
Requirements:
- Singaporean
- Excellent communication skills | Microsoft Excel | Site Visit
- Prior working experience in Customer Service/Call Centre is a big plus
- Experiences with KPI targets
