We are on the lookout for experienced Customer Service Executive to join us
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt frontline services and perform administrative tasks and reception duties.
- Attending to phone and email enquiries
- Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential documents
- Identify and assess our sales team's needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with our sales team through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and foster a cooperative work environment
