Roles & Responsibilities


We are on the lookout for experienced Customer Service Executive to join us

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt frontline services and perform administrative tasks and reception duties.
  • Attending to phone and email enquiries
  • Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential documents
  • Identify and assess our sales team's needs to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with our sales team through open and interactive communication
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player and foster a cooperative work environment
