- Collaborate with external entities to verify payment eligibility.
- Facilitate payment and collection processes.
- Manage scenarios that deviate from the norm.
- Conduct quality checks on system calculations.
- Carry out monthly fund reconciliation.
- Address and elevate intricate cases for assessment and decision-making.
- Attend to customer requests within predefined service standards to ensure a favorable customer experience.
- Handle the procurement of office supplies.
Requirements:
- Singaporean
- GCE ‘A’ Level
- At least 1 year of working experience.
- Relevant experience in payroll processing and/or customer service is an advantage.
