The Volunteer Management Executive shall support the Fundraising, Marketing & Volunteer Management Team in the management of volunteers and outreach activities including fulfilling the needs for volunteers across the organisation.
He/she will reports directly to the Assistant Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Volunteer Management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Volunteer Management
- Recruitment of volunteers, deployment and retention
- Coordinate volunteer related activities and programmes
- Identify volunteer training needs and organise training programme for volunteers
- Plan and organise volunteer engagement and appreciation sessions
- Maintain the volunteer management system database and collation of required reports
- Assist in production of communication collaterals
- Maintain and develop 365CPS’s detox lymphatic exercise activities and operations
Community Outreach
- Organise and conduct outreach activities with corporate partners and community stakeholders
- Network and develop collaborations with relevant external stakeholders
- Conduct community services development talk
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity preferably from a Social Services Agency, Non-Profit Organisation sector.
- Resourceful, adaptable and takes initiative to drive improvements & developments.
- Ability to organise workload and prioritise time management
- Good interpersonal skills to maintain a strong relationship with all stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
