Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide receptionist duties at front counter
- Prepare and dispense medications
- Assist doctors during consultation and clinical procedures (if necessary)
- Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
- Able to apply basic patient care
- Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
- Liase with various insuarnce companies
- Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor
Requirements
- With clinic & customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Customer service oriented
