- BAU support and Pega developer
- Responsible for the resolution of defects within agreed timelines
- Address code review feedback and defects
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior developers.
- Assist Tech Lead in developing automation for test data creation.
- Assist Tech Lead in the Knowledge Transfer to BAU/Support teams.
- Work with Tech Lead and fellow developers to resolve rule conflicts.
- Work with Pega GCS on resolving product issues promptly.
- Responsible for the burn-down of user stories by providing the deliverables and building the capabilities that meets all acceptance criteria, is of high quality with maximised test coverage, including unit testing.
- Assist Tech Lead in developing mid and low-level technical designs of the capabilities assigned.
- Provide unit test evidence using Pega Unit and Pega Scenario where possible, or the agreed template.
- Ensure configurations are guardrail compliant and review with LSA/Tech Lead for any deviations.
- Update the relevant technical documentation, including Functional Design document, that are related to the user stories assigned.
- Responsible for resolving technical issues or queries by team members and escalate to LSA promptly.
- Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent.
