Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Payroll position. The Accounts Payable Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing expense reports, analyzing financial data, performing accounting duties such as journal entries, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. The candidate will also assist with various other accounting tasks such as audits, reconciliations and maintain records.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Expense Reports, Accounting, Journal Entries (Accounting), and Finance
- Strong analytical skills to identify financial issues and forecast trends from data
- Experience with accounting softwares such as Xero and QuickBooks
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Relevant work experience in payroll processing and accounts payable
- Knowledge of Singapore's payroll and employment laws is a plus
