- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the IT hardware industry.
- Build and lead a high-performing executive team capable of executing strategic plans.
- Identify potential brands and partners for collaboration or acquisition to expand the company's product offerings and market reach.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all offices and locations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with regulations.
- Develop annual budgets and financial plans in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with business operations, market dynamics, and regulatory changes.
- Safeguard the company's assets and reputation through robust risk management practices.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners.
- Invest in research and development initiatives to drive product innovation and differentiation.
- Explore opportunities for leveraging technology to optimize internal processes and enhance customer experiences.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in a senior or leadership management position within relevant industry.
- Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce
- Strong communication skills
