Description
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in warehouse/logistics management or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in warehouse/logistics operations.
- Possess a valid forklift & reach truck license.
- Basic knowledge of handling chemical products.
- Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
- Experienced in inventory system like WMS or SAP would be advantageous.
- Able to speak mandarin to mandarin speaking clients/ customers/ business partner
- Forklift license and able to drive reach truck
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan & organize daily warehouse activities (eg. receiving, order picking, data recording, etc).
- Ensure efficient utilisation of warehouse space, pallet racking and resources such as forklift/reach trucks.
- Conduct & reconcile weekly cycle counts, ensure accuracy of transactions of finished goods, raw materials & packaging items.
- Manage inventory disposals of products according to local regulations.
- Oversee staff performance, provide training, identify improvements and manage relationships between shopfloor team and management.
- Coordinate with 3PL service providers, internal stakeholders (eg. production, quality, customer service) to ensure smooth order management experience.
- Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports related to warehouse (eg. Inventory, space utilization, on-time receiving & resources).
- Ensure compliance to all warehouse procedures, 5S, safety and audit requirements.
