Job Description :
- In charge of day-to-day operations of admin duties.
- Provide administrative support to department's manager as and when required.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and mails.
- Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensation, etc)
- Manage office administration such as pantry supplies, stationeries, office equipment etc.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellation
- Handle dormitories for foreign workers
- Handle company vehicles related matters (accident records and claims, renewal of COE, insurance, road tax, season parking, VPC & etc.)
- Monitor and renew company certificate (BCA / ISO / Bizsafe)
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Computer literate
- Meticulous, independent and good interpersonal skill
- 2 years of relevant work experience required for this role
