HR cum Admin Executive

Job Description :

  • In charge of day-to-day operations of admin duties.
  • Provide administrative support to department's manager as and when required.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and mails.
  • Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensation, etc)
  • Manage office administration such as pantry supplies, stationeries, office equipment etc.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellation
  • Handle dormitories for foreign workers
  • Handle company vehicles related matters (accident records and claims, renewal of COE, insurance, road tax, season parking, VPC & etc.)
  • Monitor and renew company certificate (BCA / ISO / Bizsafe)
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Computer literate
  • Meticulous, independent and good interpersonal skill
  • 2 years of relevant work experience required for this role
