RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and capture customers issue from various Social Media platform.
- Monitor and maintain the effectiveness of social media activities.
- Replicate all the defects of customers reported issues.
- Assist in planning and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Other ad-Hoc tasks assigned.
- Minimum ITE/Diploma qualification in Social Media Marketing or any relevant studies
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Tools
- Organised and attention to details individual
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work independently
