Responsibilities:
- Handle contracting filling & disseminate to respective departments
- Source suppliers and negotiate for the best rate for logistics and meal selection
- Prepare and arrange contract signing with suppliers for collaboration
- Plan & share relevant information on logistics and meal selection with respective departments
- Prepare marketing materials for meal selection
- Handle the invoices from suppliers and site inspection
- Prepare sales reports and handle complaints or feedback
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of relevant work experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry
- Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Ability to work under tight schedules
