Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver learning programmes in accordance with policies and curriculum framework.
- Set up provocations, engaging learning environments that draws interest in inquiry and learning.
- Make learning visible, document learning with an aim to providing periodic feedback to parents.
- Manage the classroom with children's safety as the foremost consideration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to foster close home-school partnership.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and other staff.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Passionate and responsible individuals who value the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children.
- Patient and enthusiastic around children, someone who has a natural knack for managing children.
- Educational Qualifications recognised by the Singapore Early Childhood Development Agency.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Professionally competent, keeps up with CPD and embraces lifelong learning.
- Must be able to identify with and articulate our core values.
