· To assist with MII’s knowledge management enhancements efforts, including physical file management and digitalising of relevant physical files;
· To interface with internal and external stakeholders to assist in the fit and proper screening of personnel proposed by regulated entities;
· To assist in capture and update particulars of applicants and regulated entities (e.g. address, names of CEO and directors) into the databases;
· To provide administrative and logistical support for external and internal meetings and events organised by MII; and
· To provide general administrative support to the department, such as managing receivables (i.e. application and licence fees) from entities; helping to extract publications and research material; and helping to fair letters to regulated entities.
Job Requirements :
· No working experience required
· Knowledge in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel required
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Good interpersonal skills
· Careful and meticulous worker
· Able to commit for 11 months
