Student Care/Tuition Centre in JURONG Looking For FULL TIME
**CENTRE ADMINISTRATOR/ RECEPTIONIST/ ADMIN ASSISTANT***
Job Scope:
- Process payments in a quick and efficient manner
- Answering phone calls
- Communicate with parents and students
- Liaising with parents on centre matters, classes etc
- Arrangment of centre classes etc
- Other duties related to centre as assigned
Requirements:
1) Able to work Weekends (6 days week)
2) Weekdays 1pm-8pm, Weekends 9am-6pm
3) Comfortable with customer service
4) Proficient in Microsoft excel, Microsoft word, Web WhatsApp
5) Friendly and pleasant disposition to handle parents and enquiries
