Specific Responsibilities
1. Develop a growth strategy that places equal emphasis on monetary gain and customer happiness.
2. By research, find new markets and customer needs.
3. Schedule business meetings with prospective customers.
4. Promote the company's products and services by assuming or meeting the needs of the clients.
5. Make sure sales contracts are prepared in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Examine the records for sales, revenue, bills, etc.
7. Provide consistent feedback and post-purchase support.
8. Build long-lasting relationships with your clientele, both present and future.
9. Transforming fresh personnel into successful sales representatives.
