Job Description & Requirements
- Does planning and implementing programme for the children in accordance with the centre's policies and framework.
- Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement appearance, decoration and learning environment of the classroom.
- Engage children with activities to enhance their learning experiences.
- Understand and follow the principles of Montessori education.
- Support the school in growth and annual events.
What do we want
- LON - L1 or EY2
- Fundementals in Early childhood (Assistant teacher)
- Teachers with no Montessori experience are welcomed, as long as you are keen to be trained
- Fluent in spoken and written English (to teach in English language and communicate with children and parents)
- Willing to learn and take guidance
- Able to work well independently as well as within a team
