In this role we expect you to…
- Work alongside the Design Director of Asia in delivering high-end creative design solutions for retail stores across our Asia markets (Greater China, Southeast Asia, Oceania, and South Korea)
- Translate, elevate, and incorporate our Sephora Brand DNA in all design solutions to provide the best customer experience
- Lead design projects such as managing operational expectations, project schedules and project deliverables
- Collaborate closely with relevant teams (including but not limited to Retail Experience, Creative, Marketing and Retail Projects) to fulfil and improve design solutions
- Bring to life design solutions and participate in rolling out various retail concepts across the Southeast Asia markets
We would love to hear from you if you have/are…
- Bachelor’s Degree in interior design, architecture, or other relevant fields
- Over 10 years of experience in retail design, with proven experience from design conceptualisation to design documentation
- Prior experience in the cosmetic, fashion, or other luxury retail Industries would be an advantage
- Proficient in AutoCad, 3D design, SketchUp, hand drawings and/or other design software
- Strong visual merchandising conceptualisation such as planogram and window display
- Expert in strategic thinking, creative conceptualisation, innovative solutions, technical drawings, and 3D renderings
- Ability to quickly understand design challenges and provide adequate solutions within short turnaround time
- Curious and autonomous; willing to challenge the status quo
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. Mandarin would be a plus to work with our China-based stakeholders
- Ability to build effective work relationships with diverse team members
- Willing to travel around the Asia Pacific region
