Job Description

  • Support Accountant on daily accounting duties
  • Provide book-keeping for companies revenue and expenditure duties
  • Responsible for AP and AR functions
  • Support monthly payroll data entry and tabulation
  • Responsible for handling various claims by employees
  • Manage bank accounts and bank transactions
  • Any other accounts-related tasks assigned
  • Mon-Fri: 9am -6pm, Sat: WFH 0.5day

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in accounting roles
  • Good communication (English, Mandarin) to communicate with external and internal associates
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Xero advantageous
  • Ability to work independently, meticulous and as part of a team
  • Experience working with education centre is a plus, but not mandatory
