We are partnering with our client (a U.S. Law Firm) on a growth search for a Corporate Associate to join the firm’s corporate practice in Singapore.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of high-profile M&A and capital markets transactions, working as part of a truly international team based across Asia and beyond.
Basic requirements:
- at least 2 years of working experience,
- Common Law qualification,
- solid training and background, and
- prior experience advising on M&A and/or capital markets.
