Job Summary
Lead, manage, and execute strategic Mobility and Connected services projects throughout the entire development lifecycle (planning, design, testing, and operations). Handle various stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered on time and met to the project objectives.
Job Description
• Lead and manage planning, development, execution and maintenance of multiple critical project, including, but not limited to, strategic initiatives, business development, services/solutions Development, and other projects deemed necessary by TMAP
• Create plan for all projects, define work breakdown structure (WBS), deliverables, roles and responsibilities, timelines, budget plan and risk mitigation plan
• Manage projects and handle various stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered on time and met to the project objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to extract business requirements, define system functional requirements and translate them into technical requirements for development
• Oversee along development lifecycle for both in-house development and contract-based development to ensure solutions system is design, implement and testing according to technical standard and best practice.
• Lead implementation activities and provide technical support and appropriate correction action for post implementation to ensure smooth business operations
• Supports Global/regional technical solutions rollout to SEA region
• Work closely with Business Team team to create business strategic and product and technical roadmap for future business.
• Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise’s competitive edge.
• Continuous improve working process, development efficiency and resource capability.
• Support other strategic initiatives projects as assigned by Management
Job Requirement
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experiences
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in project management with proven track records of completing large scale IT projects.
• Must have at least 3 years of IT/Technical Solution System Development Experience with strong knowledge in SDLC.
• Possess AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification, PMP and/or CSPO will be an added advantage
• Proven success in leading product discovery (product vision, user needs, business objectives, technology feasibility, UI and UX design)
• Good business acumen with excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into technical solutions
• Expertise in IOT/connectivity device, front-end, back-end systems design and application API
• Good initiator with strong multi-task and time management skill
• Strong communication ability (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all level of stakeholders across functions to drive and facilitate requirement study
• Meticulous, self-motivated, team-work spirit and able to work under pressure
• A team player with leadership quality, high sense of accountability, urgency, and drive
• Ability to adopt a “think global, act local” approach
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
• Ability to travel to SEA Region
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, multicultural, and result-oriented environment
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and willing to work overtime when required
Must have/Good to have
• Possess AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification, PMP and/or CSPO will be an added advantage
• Experience in MaaS, Smart solutions and IoT Project
• Experience of AWS Cloud including project delivery
• Prototyping & wireflaming using open source tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch,etc)
• Technical knowledge for programming language e.g. Python, .NET or Java
