Responsibilities
· Ensures project environment and sustainability documents are developed as per client requirements
· Enhancing company reputation and building trust with stakeholders
· Dealing with stakeholder’s external consultant, contractors and internal departments on material and processes.
· Conducts environmental and sustainability trainings for project
· Conducts regular environmental and sustainability audit and inspection as required for the project
· Assists project HSE team for other HSE related matters when needed
· Prepares, reviews and update environmental and sustainability documentations as per project requirements
· Prepares monthly sustainability report and submit to consortium partner and client
· Setup project KPI and monitor the KPI as per project needs
· Attends weekly/monthly meetings with various departments, consortium partner and client
· Prepares Environmental Moments and share to stakeholders as part of Environmental Care and Concern
· Familiar client and legal requirement to ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements including client sustainability requirements.
· Carries out incident investigations for environment and sustainability and purpose corrective actions to be implemented
Requirements
· Minimum Degree or Diploma in Environmental Engineering
· No experience candidate is welcome to apply, coaching will be provided.
· Knowledge in Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG) Scope 1-3 emissions, green electricity, ECI calculation, raw material passport.
· Related experience in environmental cost indicator (Raw materials and Net Zero CO 2 emissions)
· Experience in Environmental and sustainability management role is an added advantage (Not mandatory)
· Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and results oriented
· Experienced in oil and gas/shipyard industry and registered in environmental control officer (ECO) preferred for lead position.
