- Service crew requirements.
- Able to take customers' food orders, recommend menu items, serve dishes and clear dishes while keeping good hygiene standards.
- Able to take phone reservations.
- Follow Company's SOP in service standards.
- Able to assist with ad-hoc assignments such as procuring last-minute essentials for Company (on Company's expenses) and assisting Head Chef on food-related work.
