The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head in all administrative matters.
- manages files and records
- procurement of re-curring and ad-hoc purchases
- provides general administrative support
- undertake simple accounting tasks
- handle incoming calls and emails
- prepares purchase requisitions/orders
- receiving orders
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years experience in administrative work
- strong organisational and time management skills
- good communication nd interpersonal abilities
- proficient in computer applications (MS office, MS office suites, etc)
- meticulous
