Operations Admin
Responsibilities:
- Generate Daily and Weekly Reports:
- Create and maintain Daily Attendance Reports.
- Generate Weekly Operations Reports to track and analyze key performance metrics.
- Management of contract-related matters
- Acquisition, management and disposal of fixed assets
- Handling of board meetings/shareholders' meetings, etc.
- <Human Resources>
- Recruitment, onboarding, and labour management for local employees
- Handling related to local employment laws
- Customer Onboarding:
- <Legal>
- Contract handling (outsourcing/agency)
- Dispute resolution
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holders.
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in operations or a similar field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with procurement processes and financial transactions.
