Responsibilities:
- Perform own business activities to hunt for potential leads
- Develop new customers within the industry vertical and target customers
- Establish customer relationships via personal visits, email, phone correspondence and other professional channels such as networking events, trade shows, industry organisation groups, etc.
- Organise and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention
- Ensure personal sales targets and KPIs are met
- Perform market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Provide rate quotes to customers and potential customers
- Other ad-hoc job duties when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in logistics supply chain industry is preferred with a degree in qualification.
- Fresh degree graduates with knowledge of supply chain logistics background and are keen in business development role may also apply.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with internal and external associates at all levels
- Highly motivated individual
- Able to speak and write Korean is preferred as need to liaise with Korea Headquarter
- Willing to travel regionally
