Role and responsibilities
· Establish overall success of a project, or a portfolio of projects, by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency.
· In charge of managing and monitoring project plan, project milestones, risk and change management to ensure delivery of the project on schedule, within scope and budget.
· Responsible in planning and managing the scope of the project, its objectives, and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of project to the business outcomes of the Authority.
· Execute the development of the overall project schedule & activities based on the appropriate methodology including identifying dependency, critical path, milestones, and deliverables.
· Construct comprehensive work plan and ensure all team members are on-board with delegated tasks and activities.
· Handle regular work group meetings and provide project progress and status reports to stakeholders with good presentation skills.
Skills and experience
· Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Science, or other IT-related disciplines.
· Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Project Manager.
· Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles.
· Experience in Hardware or Technical refresh project.
· Knowledge of Singapore Authority procurement and governance processes.
· Familiar with Singapore government data security policies and governance Alternative Change Management Skills Set.
