Job Description:
- Lead team in tendering proposals in collaboration with corporate Departments to pitch for and secure new projects
- Overall responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of the project. Work closely with client’s representatives, consultants and other stakeholders to deliver all key project targets to highest standard with the project team
- Review and scrutinize the project start-up and execution plan with the site management team, as well as to define key project targets in terms of time, cost, quality, resources, EHS and contractual
- Prepare and manage budgetary plans, achieving required, or beyond target profit margin, able to Identify risks and provide appropriate mitigating strategies
- Formulate subcontract award strategies independently. Manage all submitted Additional Works and Variation Order (AW/ VO) during project’s life cycle to ensure proper documentation and accountability of variance
- Identify and drive the implementation of innovative construction methodologies and practices on site to improve productivity and achieve lean outcome
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Building/ Civil Engineering/ Construction Management or related
- 1. Minimum 15 years’ experience in construction field, with at least 7 years in a managerial capacity for building projects
- Strong all-rounded knowledge in construction management, cost engineering, planning capability and contractual matters
- Able to articulate and share vision, goals plans and strategies as well as values to influence team to achieve desired objectives
