ROLE:
- Stretch pizza dough and prepares ingredients for service
- Ensure quality and consistency of dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station
- Develops new pizza creations based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
- Monitor record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies.
- Provide support to kitchen with other tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
- Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Proficiency in Italian cuisine and preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work without much supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
