Job Description
- Supports managers and team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
- Prepare reports and documents - generating DO, purchase orders and etc.
- Administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, emailing, filing, maintain and tracking of data and documents
- Responsible for day-to-day admin work
- Updates records and maintains proper filing systems
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative works
- Possess with a good customer service skill.
- Proficient in MS office,
- Willing to work in fast pace environment
- Able to start immediately
