Job Brief:
Supporting the Marketing and Event teams on overall strategies and activities for projects as assigned. Report to the Managing Director & Project Leads to assist the implementation of marketing and event plans, including promotional materials, advertising opportunities, and client acquisition.
Role and Responsibilities
- Liaison with vendors on costing & products/services’ information
- Liaison with clients on facts’ findings and data collection
- Research on marketing related matters such articles’ topics, SEO keywords
- Support event preparation works, onsite tasks execution/coordination and reporting
- Support marketing and operation activities including social media drafting & posting
- Monitor progress of marketing campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Perform analysis and evaluation reports
- Preparation of presentation including consolidation of data, setting up charts and layout of details/facts/content in PPT
- Content uploading, updating and checking on clients’ websites
- Quality checking on clients’ websites
Requirements
- 1 year of marketing experience with fundamental understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and content marketing. Fresh graduate is welcome.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills are a bonus)
- Good communication and people skills
- Diploma in Marketing, Business administration
