Student Services Officer

Student Services Officer


Purpose

To provide administration support for current students


Responsibilities

  • Ensure all students have correct and valid visas to attend DCIS.
  • Ensure student records on iSAMS are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with the Student contract process.
  • Respond to requests for student information and documents, including but not limited to:
  • Student concession card applications
  • NS exemption
  • Reference forms from other schools
  • Proof of attendance
  • Process all MOE exemption applications and withdrawals for current students.
  • Manage the current student withdrawal process.
  • Activate Parent Portal accounts and assist with user access.
  • Manage storage of records both on and off-site.

Admin

  • Provide admin support when required by Admissions, Marketing, Reception

Personal Development

  • Continual development through the identification and implementation of your own Personal Development Plan

Qualifications/Training

  • Diploma - Essential
  • ISAMS knowledge - Desirable

Experience / Knowledge

  • Worked in a school environment - Desirable

Skills

  • High level of IT competence - Essential
  • Use of iSAMS - Desirable
