Job Description
- Lead and oversees project execution, monitor site progress, and ensure on-time completion of the project
- Project planning and project management
- Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
- Provide guidance to engineers/workers in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
- Provide support on technical issues to Client.
- Conduct project meetings with Consultants, Contractors, Clients, etc.
- Attend regular client meetings to provide progress updates.
- Plan site facilities, handle payment verification, and resolve site disputes.
- Monitor ongoing site activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Project Management/ Facilities Management/ Construction Management/ Engineering or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience or Diploma with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Multi-discipline background and experience in Planning, Management, Technical & Contractual skills
- Dynamic and comfortable to work in a fast pace environment
- Immediate availability for employment preferred
