Responsibilities:
Plant equipment
- Carry out repair maintenance works.
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Daily inspections of equipment and machine, report if any issues found.
- Daily greasing of critical equipment (Decanter, mixer…)
- Assist supervisor on improvement works.
- Assist supervisor on spare parts stock check.
- Accomplishes other daily assignments as scheduled and as directed.
- Keep the workplace clean, tidy and hygienic.
- Comply with safe work practices.
Utilities
- Daily inspections of compressed air, water supply, steam supply, chilled water supply to equipment.
- Fix the leaking issue if any.
- Attend to minor breakdown of chilled water system, air compressor, boiler outside.
Workshop Activities
- Maintain 5S in the engineering workshop.
- Carry out cutting, grinding, welding operation in the workshop.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year relevant experience
