Client Services Manager supports the Client Services Director in various event management phases: pre-event planning, actual event execution & post-event management, and gain competency in running daily association management operation.
Job description
- Managing and interacting with various stakeholders including the client organisations’ board of directors and other professional & industry organizations.
- Coordinate attend and record (in-person or virtual) meetings.
- Administration of membership applications and maintain membership databases
- Administration and marketing of academic and training courses.
- Organizing various (hybrid, virtual and physical) programs and events such as talks, conferences, annual social events etc.
- Management of social media account/website to promote and raise awareness of client organisations.
Job requirements
- Pro-active, self-motivated, conscientious and a team player who can work with minimum supervision.
- Good time management. Able to multi-task and deliver assigned tasks within timelines.
- Meticulous and good project management skills. Ability to follow through on implementation of decisions. Resourceful mindset to resolve issues.
- Articulate and possess good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to manage customers, service providers, suppliers, etc.
Relevant Experience
- Experience in organizing events and managing social media/websites will be considered favorably.
- Secretariat experience and/or working in a professional/trade organization will be considered favorably.
