Job Description
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Leading the comprehensive development and training of tailored AI solutions, encompassing voicebots and automation using AI object detection.
- Supervising the implementation of system enhancements and managing change requests within an omnichannel cloud contact center environment.
- Guiding developers through the entire process from design to testing and deployment.
Job Requirements
- Adaptability and quick learning of new concepts/tools.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Preferred experience with AWS tools.
