Job Description
- Processing manual requests and offer assistance to merchants and customers for POS transactions
- Card risk transaction monitoring
- Monitor real time queues and identify high risk transactions within the business portfolio.
- Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activity such as account take over, friendly fraud, theft and similar other risks.
- Identify fraudulent transactions and cancel them from further processing.
- Reviewing of credit facilities for customers
- Ensuring proper documentation and compliance during key job processing
- Meeting Service Level Agreements standards
Requirements
- Min GCE 'O' OR Diploma holders
- Must have prior banking experience
- Must be okay to work under pressure
- Able to work in fast-paced environment & can multi-task
- Able to adapt to the different system and work processes
- Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality
