The Job
- Account manager
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate weekly and monthly progress
- Develop new business with existing and new clients
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
The Profile
- Two years of working experience in account management function
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Entrepreneurial, prepared to assume responsibility
- Self-confident, communicative
- Organised and detailed-oriented
- Must be legally allowed to work in Singapore without company sponsorship.
