Job Title: Engineering Assistant (Production)
Location: Tampines
Working Days: 4-3-3-4 Shift Pattern
Working Hours : 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am
Basic Salary: Up to $3500

Job Responsibilities:
- Closely monitor SPC parameters and control charts.
- Take actions to improve tool capability performance
- Investigate quality issues and perform 1st level troubleshooting
- Escalate unresolved issues to Supervisor and Technology Engineers
- Control the dispatching of product to tool
- Advise which product can be run on which tool.
- Control high risk materials (Sawmarks, chips, MRB lots, etc.) to run on restricted tools.
- Escalate problematic tools to Technology for resolution
Requirements:
- Diploma in any Technical discipline preferably with minimum 1 year of working experience
- Those without Diploma but with at least 5 years of hands-on working experience will also be considered.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be willing to work 12-hours shift schedule either permanent or rotating.
- Able to do 12 hours permanent or rotating shift.
