Airline Lounge Supervisor @Changi Airport

Rush Logistics & Services Pte. Ltd.

· Provide superior customer service to lounge guests to ensure that all service standards are of the highest level.

· Oversee day-to-day operations to deliver high level of service for lounge passengers consistently.

· Work closely with the lounge managers and duty managers, to ensure the smooth operation of the lounge.

· To lead, provide training and guidance to service staff.

· Monitor staff punctuality, staff performance and grooming.

· Handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner.

· Undertake a busy and fast paced role with varied duties.

· Monitor and ensure quality of food, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness to achieve total customer satisfaction and meet company standards.

· Carry out regular checks of all areas of the lounge, such as food counter, shower room, toilets, etc, to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times and the functionality of all facilities.

· Perform general cleaning.

· Assist in clearing plates and used cutlery from passengers’ tables, politely and promptly.

· Replenish all coolers and bar counters with the necessary drinks and table accessories.

· Assist in collecting and stacking up of dry stores and amenities.

· Maintain the buffet area of the lounge.

· Ensure that all food items at the buffet area are topped up.

· Heat-up and replenish food items for the buffet area promptly.

· Ensure that the buffet area is always neat and clean.

· Receive and account for food inventory, during stock deliveries.

· To assist in covering any other job positions, as and when required by the working situation.

· Handle administration duties, when required.

· Any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.


Possess at least 3 years of relevant background/work experience.

• Hospitality & Service qualifications an advantage.

• Ability to read, write and converse in fluent English.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good customer service skills.

• Adaptable to change and a good team player.

• Physically fit and comfortable with standing long hours.

• Comfortable with a fast-paced working environment.

• Able to committ to shift work, and may be required to do overtime (OT), when needed.
