Duties and Responsibilities
· Report to CONTRACTOR’s Discipline Superintendent
· Participate in the development of work schedule and progress of Discipline commissioning activities.
· Manage the Discipline Commissioning Teams (Supervisors, Technicians) through project execution and manage mobilization/demobilization
· Manage test equipment availability on site as per commissioning requirements
· Set activity priorities and manage allocation of commissioning resources in relation with CONTRACTOR’s Discipline Superintendent.
· Ensure the implementation of PROJECT HSE requirements
· Support CONTRACTOR commissioning team throughout verification and acceptance of Mechanical Completion, Commissioning, Start-up
· Approve the Risk Assessment Analysis, Permit To Work and Livening Up Notice

Profile Requirements
· Qualification: Bachelor of Science / Diploma in Engineering
· Years of Experience: minimum 10 years in Oil & Gas industry
