Job Responsibilities

Create & Engage

  • Plan and execute engaging social media initiatives to grow followers, increase engagement, and raise awareness about what we do.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, IG/FB stories and reels, that resonate with the target audience, drive engagement and increase traffic.
  • Keep our online community buzzing with timely responses.
  • Ensure our website and app are regularly updated.

Take Ownership

  • Using analytics tools - proactively track, analyse, report, and optimise social media channels and campaigns.

Build Relationships

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to conceptualize social media activations according to business priorities and goals.
  • Grow, maintain, and promote merchant partnerships to increase value proposition of ISCA membership.

Stay Ahead of the Game

  • Media Monitoring: Prepare and issue daily media monitoring reports to keep stakeholders up to date on industry and relevant news.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up to date with social media best practices and emerging platforms.
  • Explore and manage new channels to increase reach and target our audiences more effectively.

Spark Joy, Keep Things Organised

  • Avoid the content traffic jam by managing internal and external stakeholders, and clever management of our social media and EDM calendars.
  • Manage the ISCA marketing collaterals inventory – initiate collateral updates and replacements where necessary.
  • Manage the ISCA premiums inventory – replenish inventory, source for new premiums, and control the in/outflow of inventory.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/ diploma in mass communications or new media.
  • At least three years’ relevant work experience.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Proficient in creative tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects.)
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and other relevant platforms, and their best practices.
  • Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimisation.
  • Familiarity with social media management and listening tools, such as Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
